Appointments
Our office is open daily from Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for appointments. If you need medical help when our office is not open, you can call and speak with our answering service who can reach the on-call doctor if you wish to be called back. When possible, you will be given an appointment with the doctor of your choice, but when an acute problem arises, you may be seen by one of the physicians assigned to "sick" calls on that particular day. Unfortunately, there will be times when the physician you request may not be available. We try to accommodate your families' requests as much as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. Co-payments are due at check-in. If you experience a time when you are without coverage, payment is expected at the time of service.
